01What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Most items start from 10 pieces per design. For team kits and gym sets, MOQ is 10 sets. We're flexible for first-time buyers — ask us any quantity and we'll try to accommodate a trial run.
02I'm a new client — can I place a small trial order first?+
Absolutely. New buyers usually start with a paid sample first, then a small trial order (10–30 pieces). Once you see the quality, most clients move to full bulk. No pressure.
03Do you make samples before bulk?+
Yes — always. A paid sample is made to your exact specs (fabric, colours, logo, sizing) so you can approve fit and quality before we start bulk. Sample cost is usually deducted from the bulk invoice.
04What is the typical lead time?+
Samples: 7–14 days. Bulk production: 15–35 days depending on quantity, print method and item. Shipping is 4–8 days via DHL/FedEx worldwide.
05What payment methods do you accept?+
Bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, and UK clients can pay in GBP directly to our UK bank account. 50% advance to start production, 50% before shipping.
06Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx and sea freight. All export paperwork (invoice, packing list, CoO) is handled by us. Door-to-door delivery to 14+ countries.
07Can I get my own brand label and packaging?+
Yes — full private label service: woven neck labels, hangtags, poly bags with your logo, branded boxes. Send us your artwork or we can help design it.
