Nine reasons buyers stay
after the first order.
We don't just supply garments — we hold a spec, a schedule and a price you can plan a season around. Here is exactly what that looks like in practice.
Export-grade quality
Technical fabrics from mill partners, reinforced seams, and a documented inspection on every order before it leaves the floor.
Direct factory pricing
You speak to the manufacturer. No sourcing agent margin, no trading-house markup layered onto your unit price.
Honest timelines
We quote 15–30 days because that is what the floor can hold. If something slips, you hear it from us first, with photos.
Remake guarantee
Any piece that fails your approved spec is remade free of charge. It is written on the proforma invoice, not just promised in chat.
Spec-driven production
Approved tech pack, measurement chart and Pantone references are locked before bulk. Bulk is checked back against that sheet.
Ethical manufacturing
Fair wages, safe floor, no child labour. Buyers are welcome to audit, visit, or walk the lines with us on a video call.
Worldwide shipping
DHL, FedEx, UPS and sea freight to 14+ countries, with commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin handled here.
One point of contact
English-speaking, founder-led. The same person answers your first WhatsApp message and your reorder two seasons later.
Built for reorders
Patterns, artwork files and colour recipes are archived per client, so a repeat run matches the first one instead of drifting.
Factory direct vs the alternatives
Most buyers arrive having tried one of the other two columns first. This is the honest difference.

The questions buyers actually ask
Nobody places a first overseas order without doubts. Here are ours answered before you have to ask.
We've been burned by an overseas supplier before.
Fair. Start with a paid sample and a 10–30 piece trial run before committing to bulk — you hold the risk to a few hundred dollars, and you see the actual stitching in your hands before scaling.
How do we know the bulk will match the sample?
The approved sample becomes the reference. We archive the pattern, the fabric batch, the print profile and the measurement chart, then check bulk against that sheet at the AQL 2.5 table before packing.
Our order is small — will we be deprioritised?
No. Small runs are scheduled onto the same lines as large ones. Most of our long-term clients started with a 10–30 piece trial, so we plan the floor around that being normal.
What about colour matching to our brand palette?
Send Pantone references or a physical swatch. We match on a printed strike-off first, get your approval in writing, then run bulk against that approved strike-off.
Can you sign an NDA on our designs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before receiving tech packs, and your artwork, patterns and labels are never reused for another buyer or shown as a public sample.
Want to talk to a real client first?
We'd rather earn your trust than show you stock testimonials. Message us and we'll connect you with a current customer in your region who can vouch for the work.
