01Ordering Guide

No hidden minimums. No vague timelines.

Most factories make you email twice before you learn the MOQ. Here is everything you would normally have to ask for — quantities, timings, file requirements and payment terms — published up front.

02Minimum Order Quantities

What each quantity band actually buys you

Our entry MOQ is 10 pieces per design. Below that we still make samples — they are just costed as samples, not production.

Sample / Pre-production
1–9 pcs

Brands validating fit, fabric and print before committing.

Sample charged at cost + courier. Credited against your first bulk order over 100 pcs.

Starter run
10–49 pcs

New clubs, academies and first drops.

Our standard entry MOQ. One design, up to 2 colourways, full size mix allowed.

Club / Season order
50–299 pcs

Full squad kits — home, away, training, staff.

Per-unit price steps down. Multiple designs can share the run.

Wholesale / Programme
300+ pcs

Retail brands and multi-season supply agreements.

Best pricing, dedicated line slot, staged shipments and stock-holding on request.

03Production Timeline

Stage-by-stage lead times

Add the stages that apply to your order. A first-time brand starting from a sketch typically lands between 30 and 45 days from approval to delivered goods.

Rush timings depend on the line being free and are confirmed in writing before your deposit — we do not promise a date we cannot hold. Peak season (June–September) adds roughly 5 days to bulk stages.

04Artwork Requirements

What to send with your tech pack

Nine out of ten sampling delays are file problems, not factory problems. Send these and your first proof usually lands the same week.

Vector artwork (preferred)

AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with fonts converted to outlines. Vector is required for embroidery digitising and screen-print separations.

AI · EPS · PDF · SVG

Raster artwork

Only accepted for full-panel sublimation. Minimum 300 DPI at actual print size, on a transparent or clearly flattened background.

PNG · TIFF · PSD · 300 DPI

Colour references

Send Pantone Solid Coated codes. Screen colours vary between devices — without a Pantone we match to your last approved sample.

Placement & sizing

Mark logo positions and print dimensions in mm on a flat sketch. If you don't have one, we produce the placement sheet for your approval.

Names & numbers

Supply the roster as a spreadsheet: size, name, number, one row per player. This becomes the packing list, so it removes sorting errors.

XLSX · CSV

Labels & packaging

Woven neck labels, care labels, hangtags and polybag inserts can all be branded. Send label artwork at 1:1 scale with fold marks indicated.
