Samples

Paid samples are produced before bulk orders when required. Sample timelines depend on product complexity.

Bulk Production

Bulk production begins after design approval and advance payment. Lead times are confirmed on the proforma invoice.

Payment

Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping

DHL, FedEx, UPS and sea freight are available. Export documents are prepared for confirmed shipments.

Quality

Manufacturing defects reported after delivery are reviewed and replaced or credited where approved.
