Measure a garment, not a body
Lay a shirt your team already wears flat, smooth out the wrinkles and measure across the chest 2 cm below the armhole. Double it. That number matches our chest column directly.
These are our production blocks — the same measurements our pattern room cuts to. Everything is garment-measured flat, not taken from a body, so you can check them against kit you already own.

Garment measured flat, then doubled for chest. Tolerance ±1.5 cm. Regular fit; slim fit runs 3 cm narrower on chest.
Most sizing complaints we see on imported kit come from ordering to a label, not a measurement. Four steps remove almost all of it.

Match play kits are usually ordered one step looser than gym wear. Tell us 'slim', 'regular' or 'relaxed' and we grade the block before cutting, rather than changing sizes.
For squad orders, send a spreadsheet with size, name and number per player. That sheet becomes the cut plan and the packing list, so nothing gets mixed in transit.
Every bulk order can start with a fit sample in one size. Wear it, mark what you want changed in cm, and we adjust the pattern before the run is cut.
We can send a graded size set in your chosen fabric so your squad can try before the bulk run is cut. Sample cost is credited against orders over 100 pieces.
